Our typical turnaround is 2-10 business days on U.S. orders and 2 weeks on foreign orders. Most orders ship on Saturdays. If you or your ISP has a spam filter, please check that before contacting us. It is only for order problems or you have been unable to contact me by e-mail. The best times to catch me are evenings 6-9pm EST except Wednesday and Sunday.
