What is your return policy?   Date: Tuesday 26 June, 2007
FAQ Summary:
Any order, or part of any order, can be returned if not as advertised. We need to be notified within TWO business days of receipt. You must contact us for a return authorization.  Other type returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY

Your order is important to us. If you are not satisfied, YOU MUST contact us with your order number before attempting any return. If it is a problem that is our fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will notify how to return the item(s) if needed. If you return without authorization, you may incur a 10% restocking fee (maximum $1/item) and we will will not reimburse shipping.

To receive prompt credit to your account or a refund to your credit card, please include a copy of the original invoice or some other notations (like an e-mail printout). Including the order number will help also. Otherwise your claim may experience significant delays in processing.

All returns must be shipped in a sturdy box or packed between heavy cardboard. Do not ship back the book to use in a flimsy envelope (like a manila envelope). We will refuse returns not packed well as we will assumed they are damaged. We have had the post office bend the books and stuff them in our post office box!!

If we do ask you to return your items, we will only pay base First Class mail or media mail (we will instruct you which to send). We will not reimburse tracking or insurance fees.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS. If your order was lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible. We will credit your account with us, refund you, or reship all or part of the order, as appropriate. Generally we don't consider a shipment "lost" for one month. If the order was damaged, keep the packaging! We may need it to file for insurance on the package; it may be difficult to refund you if we aren't able to process our claim. You must inform us of any damage to your order within TWO business days of receipt.

OVERGRADED COMICS. If you believe we have overgraded a comic (Comics graded by CGC and PGX are subject to a 10% restocking fee). Please let us know within TWO business days for guidance. We will credit your account, refund you, or ship the proper item, as appropriate, generally after the item is returned. If we need you to return the book(s), we will reimburse you for basic shipping covered above.

WRONG BOOKS. If we have sent you the wrong book or failed to send a book, please let us know within TWO business days of receipt. We will credit your account, refund you, or ship the proper item, as appropriate. If we need you to return the book(s), we will reimburse you for basic shipping covered above

OTHER REASONS. We generally only accept returns that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is another reason you want to return, for instance, you don't like the story or art, you realize you already have it, you ordered the wrong item, you want a newstand copy instead of direct sales (when they have the same value) or without authorization will incur a 10% restocking fee (maximum $1/item), deducted from the value of the refund. We will also not reimburse any full or partial shipping fees for these types of returns. In short, please be sure of what you want and what you already have before placing your order.

Again, we happily accept returns if we messed up and want to make you a satisfied customer.
