Before this new website in 2011 that was created that automatically deducts sold items from inventory, all items had to be manually deducted from inventory from a database.  Sometimes it didn't happen.  Over the last 13 years, mistakes have occurred in the inventory.

While we try to maintain an accurate inventory, it can never be perfect and unanticipated sell outs and mistakes do occur.

As time goes on, we expect the fill order rate to improve.

You will not be billed or you will be credited for any books not in stock. If you order something that I can get on a reorder I will let you know if you want to wait for the reorder.

Orders placed by mail have the highest odds of NOT being completely filled because the order is not pulled until payment is received and cleared, and what is in stock when you placed a mail order may be different by the time additional orders have been filled and your payment is received. To have the best chance of getting what you want, pay for your order immediately using credit card or Paypal.
